Emily & Ankur’s wedding celebrations were a cultural & elegant event, taking place at the newly restored Old Post Office. The day’s events began with a lively Baraat along the Chicago River where guests relished in dance before making their way up to the venue’s rooftop for a traditional Hindu ceremony, officiated by the groom’s uncle. The couple’s dog served as the most adorable flower pup and guests tossed dried rose petals to congratulate the newlyweds.
Their reception took place in the Historic Lobby featuring stunning, lush rose arrangements and delectable Indian dinner & sweets buffets. The couple kicked off the dance floor by entertaining guests with one of the most epic first dances we’ve ever seen- 10 minutes long!
