The Bacon family hired us to help them plan a sustainable Bar Mitzvah for their son, Aaron. We found the perfect venue for the event, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum! While the adults sipped on themed cocktails like “snake venom,” the kids engaged in a scavenger hunt. The teams for the hunt were named after Aaron’s favorite thing- music. We kept that theme going with the decor that incorporated a musician or band whose name has a connection to nature. Each piece of the decor also had a message about the animal protection and conservation. Adults and kids alike had a ton of fun eating and dancing and toasting to our little earth warrior, Aaron.
