We’re Movin’ On Up!

The Naturally Yours Events team is all moved into our very new office! After two months of construction (surprise concrete issues), weeks of scouring Craigslist for furniture, and hours of watching paint dry, we are super excited to finally share these photos from Tuan H. Bui, Photographer -our officemate- on the blog today.
* Note: my mother requested to see aaaaallllllll the photos of the office since she won’t be able to see it in person for a while. So, here you go mom!
When you walk in through the front door we have a black distressed table where we hold team meetings, work on DIY projects, or eat lunch (when we have the time). On the other side, we have a fun little bar area with all sorts of drinks. The electric kettle comes in handy for making coffee and tea!
We created a real cozy spot to meet with clients that has a beautiful blue settee, two gold plush chairs, and a vintage fireplace mantle- complete with a candlelight “fire.” My favorite thing about this space is the awesome geometric accent wall and framed Dr. Who quote!
On the other side of our lounge space is Tuan’s desk. We added a collage to this wall with some of his amazing photos and quirky movie quotes. Two bookshelves separate his space from mine and allow for some storage too. We liked decorating this space with natural elements, like the plants and antlers, and with a few of Tuan’s vintage cameras.
My Desk is quietly tucked toward the back of the space, perfect for writting emails and skyping with clients. I added a fun geometric heart-shaped art piece behind my desk and a funky rug underneath. One of my favorite areas in the office is near our printer station. We framed some photo strips of us in different photo booths with our vendor friends and clients. We even left a little room to add more!
Oh- and we have a bathroom! I wish I could share what it looked like before the construction, but just trust us- it was bad. Now we can stomach walking in without gagging. Also, you can’t see them here, but I splurged for some Anthropologie cabinet knobs. So lovely!
That’s it! I hope you enjoyed this tour of our office. Now you’ll have to stop by and visit!
