Happy Anniversary: Sarah & Mike

Happy anniversary to Sarah and Mike! This sweet couple met at the Chicago Yacht Club. They both love sailing, so it was fate that led them to meet there! Naturally, they decided there was no better place than there to celebrate their love. After having a very traditional ceremony at United Lutheran Church, they hosted their reception on a boat at the yacht club. Seeing as Mike is a sailor and Sarah is a musician, having their party on a boat with great music was a huge priority for them. The decor was classic and elegant, with a cute nautical theme. Their colors were white and gold with pops of navy. Mariano’s provided their lovely wedding cake, and Petals Farm did their beautiful floral. The live band, Flat Cats, played great music all night, including tons of swing. Sarah is an amazing swing dancer, so at one point she danced in the center and all of the men took turns dancing with her. It was so fun to watch!
