It has been a full year since Scott and Amanda said their “I-dos” outside at the Chicago History Museum. The ceremony was beautiful with flowers from Pistil and Vine and Melissa Hayes Photography captured the event flawlessly. In fact, yesterday I had dinner with Melissa and we both reminisced about how lovely everything was that day– July 7th 2012!

Scott and Amanda’s cake from Luscious Layers made a brief appearance and the sweets table we designed was a huge hit with truffles and caramels from Katherine Anne Confections.

One of our favorite details of the night were the concert ticket escort cards with album table numbers printed by Spilled Ink Press. They couldn’t have been paired more perfectly with the flowers and holders from bhldn.com

Of course any event of  Scott and Amanda’s wouldn’t be complete without a tango and whisky bar. Music provided by Cage and Aquarium and the delicious menu was created by Blue Plate Catering.
